SHIPPING METHODS & COST

Domestic orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days and should arrive within 4 to 7 business days after the order has been placed. For international orders, delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to track your order and another email once it has been shipped.

Trust us: the wait is worth it.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated time frames based on estimated delivery dates provided by our carriers. We always do our best to get your packages to you as quickly as possible, but in the rare event that your package is not delivered within the estimated time frame, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & COST

International orders generally arrive within 7 to 12 business days.

Non-French residents: Please note that your order may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. Although we do our best to keep international shipping costs low, your country's import fees are beyond our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a carrier (La Poste, UPS, FedEx, etc.), it becomes the carrier's responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen during the delivery process or after it has been delivered, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us by email at contact.gymset@gmail.com. We will review all cases and do our best to send a replacement order or issue a credit where possible.
