Accepted items

For us to process your return or exchange under the best conditions, the item must be in the exact condition you received it.

Unworn

The item has not been used. A quick try-on is of course accepted.

Unwashed

The item has not been washed or tumble dried.

Original packaging

The item is returned in its original intact packaging.

No marks or odors

No traces of makeup, deodorant, hair, or strong odor.

Note

Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused and not returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return if items are not in resalable condition.

How to make a return

The process is simple. Follow the 3 steps below to start your return or exchange.

Contact us by email

Write to us at contact.gymset@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll quickly send you your return label.

Pack carefully

Protect the item well in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Ship with tracking

Choose a shipping method with tracking number. Without tracking, no claims can be processed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Sale or promotional items

Items bought on sale or during a promotional offer are non-refundable.

They can however be exchanged for another size or color, subject to available stock.

Current offer

The "Buy 2 items = get the 3rd free" offer is subject to the same conditions. Free items can be exchanged, not refunded.

Incorrect or missing item?

If you received an item that doesn’t match your order or if a product is missing, contact us immediately at contact.gymset@gmail.com.

Your satisfaction is our top priority — we’ll find a solution together.

Important — do not refuse the package

If there’s a problem, never refuse your order from the carrier. The package would be automatically destroyed and not returned to our warehouses. Contact us first, we’ll handle everything.
